Montebiarritz, 3 bed 2 bath Atalaya This Townhouse is situated in Benahavis about 5 kilometres from Puerto Banus.  It is very new and modern and spreads over three levels.  The first level has the guest toilet and a fully fitted kitchen and utility room. There is also the lounge which is a good size, light and airy with satellite TV, stereo system and its special feature is the fireplace.  The patio doors lead into its own private garden which inturn leads onto the large communal garden and swimming pool area.  On the second level you have a good sized landing furnished with drawer space and you enter the three bedrooms from here.  The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a small balcony for more private relaxation and the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. There is an additional balcony attached to the second bedroom and all of the rooms have twin beds.  The third level has an attic room furnished with twin beds and this room leads on to the roof top terrace which is also furnished with patio furniture.

We recommend the hire of a car to take advantage of the surrounding pueblos such as Puerto Banus, Marbella, San Pedro, Estepona, and you could drive the 1km to the beach. Ronda, famous for bullfighting, is just one hour's drive away. Granada, Gibraltar, even a ferry to Morocco make a great day trip.

Ronda, famous for bullfighting, is also just one hours drive away. The house itself is comfortably furnished with a fitted kitchen equipped for all your self-catering needs and has a lovely pool and garden area for those relaxing days in as well as two top terraces, both furnished and with wonderful views of the coast and mountains. All of the bedrooms have fitted cupboards with the master bedroom housing a double bed and having its own bathroom ensuite. The other two rooms, one with twin beds and the other with a single bed share the second bathroom. For added comfort there is also a guest toilet downstairs. San Julian is close to the local shops, restaurants, Bel-Air tennis courts and Paraiso Golf course and sleeps 5/6 people comfortably.
