Villa Allegre, 5 bed 5 bath El Paraiso Situated on Paraiso Alto, the mountain side of Spain, the views
from this villa are simply breathtaking. Secluded and very tranquil with a
beautiful garden and pool area this villa has 5 bedrooms, each with their own
bathrooms and fitted wardrobes. It is spacious and exquisitely furnished
throughout with an air conditioning/heating system. The kitchen/diner is
large and complete with all modern appliances and leads on to the patio as does
the lounge. The lounge itself is also spacious and comfortably furnished
with a fireplace and satellite TV for those quiet evenings in. One of the villa´s
special features is the interior terrace complete with patio furniture.
Its tiling and water fountain makes it an ideal area for complete relaxation.
Villa Allegre has a security system and parking space for 3 cars with an
electric entrance gate. It sleeps 8 people comfortably and is without a
doubt, home from home.

3 bed 3 bath El Paraiso..Las Canas This is a luxurious villa set in El Paraiso, the mountain side of
Spain on the Costa del Sol. 260m2 the villa has a beautifully kept garden 1
lOOm2 which houses a swimming pool and two patios, one complete with lounge
furniture and the other with a portable gas barbeque. The front of the house has
a majestic design with stone walls, pillars and a large electric iron gate.
There is also sufficient space to park 3 cars comfortably. The interior of the
villa is tastefully furnished with a balanced mix of wooden furniture and marble
floors. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with twin beds, the master bedroom having a
double bed. The master bedroom has a small terrace overlooking the front of the
house and a large terrace overlooking the gardens. It has air conditioning which
can also be used as a heater in the winter and a large bathroom with a bath and
shower. There is one bedroom downstairs which opens onto the patio area in the
garden. All of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and there is an additional
guest cloakroom in the entrance hall downstairs. The lounge is a good size with
a dining area, satellite TV and a real log burning fireplace. It has patio doors
leading to the garden and has a light, airy, comfortable feel to it. The kitchen
is separate and also has a dining table. It is fully fitted for all your
self-catering needs with a washing machine and dishwasher. The villa has its own
alarm system. It also has ceiling fans installed in all of the bedrooms. Locally
there are three golf clubs and a tennis club as well as a choice of good
restaurants. If you enjoy after dinner strolls you have just a 15 minute walk to
the beach. Las Cartes sleeps 6 people comfortably but also has 2 additional
portable beds and a child's cot/play pen.

La Concha, 4 bed 4 bath El Paraiso This villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is situated in a
quiet location near to El Paraiso Hotel and golf course. It is of a unique
design with the master bedroom and bathroom only on top level and the two
remaining bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the ground level alongside the
lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The pool and garden area is secluded
with a patio area leading from the lounge. This villa has a spacious look
to it but it is very cosy and houses 8 people comfortably. It has its own
private parking and you will need a car. You are in close proximity to a good
choice of shops and restaurants as well as the Paraiso hotel and golf course.

4 bed 4 bath El Paraiso This villa is situated at the end of the calle in Paraiso Alto
and has breath taking views of the coastal and mountain side of spain.
With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms this villa has a style and design of its own.
On entering the gates you have two sets of steps to take you to either
side of the courtyard which leads to the front of the villa. Once through
the front door there is a long entrance hall which moves from one end of
the villa to the next with doors leading to the lounge/dining area, three of the
bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen. The lounge/diner is large with a
log fireplace and satellite TV. It is nicely furnished with brick tiled
floors and pastal coloured walls and soft furnishings throughout giving the
villa a comfortable and spacious feeling. The lounge leads onto a large
terrace which is also furnished and takes you down a level lower into the garden
and pool area. The kitchen is a good size and fully fitted for all your
self-catering needs with a utility room attached. There are also
three bedrooms on this level which are all pleasantly decorated and furnished
with twin beds and the villa is designed in such a way that all the bedrooms
have access to a bathroom. The stairs lead you to a spacious landing area
which gives you another breathtaking view of the coast and mountains
before entering the master bedroom. This room is desgined for complete
privacy. It is tranquil with wonderful views to wake up to and houses a double
bed with access to its own terrace and bathroom.
