This is a luxurious villa set in El Paraiso, the mountain side of Spain on the Costa del Sol. 260m2 the villa has a beautifully kept garden 1 lOOm2 which houses a swimming pool and two patios, one complete with lounge furniture and the other with a portable gas barbeque. The front of the house has a majestic design with stone walls, pillars and a large electric iron gate. There is also sufficient space to park 3 cars comfortably. The interior of the villa is tastefully furnished with a balanced mix of wooden furniture and marble floors. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with twin beds, the master bedroom having a double bed. The master bedroom has a small terrace overlooking the front of the house and a large terrace overlooking the gardens. It has air conditioning which can also be used as a heater in the winter and a large bathroom with a bath and shower. There is one bedroom downstairs which opens onto the patio area in the garden. All of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and there is an additional guest cloakroom in the entrance hall downstairs. The lounge is a good size with a dining area, satellite TV and a real log burning fireplace. It has patio doors leading to the garden and has a light, airy, comfortable feel to it. The kitchen is separate and also has a dining table. It is fully fitted for all your self-catering needs with a washing machine and dishwasher. The villa has its own alarm system. It also has ceiling fans installed in all of the bedrooms. Locally there are three golf clubs and a tennis club as well as a choice of good restaurants. If you enjoy after dinner strolls you have just a 15 minute walk to the beach. Las Cartes sleeps 6 people comfortably but also has 2 additional portable beds and a child's cot/play pen.
