Located an easy drive along the motorway from Malaga Airport
towards Gibraltar close to Marbella. This townhouse is situated on the golf
course side of the main road and beach 1km away. It is close to the local
shops, restaurants, tennis courts and the Paraiso and other Golf Courses.
Patio doors open on to a private garden in turn leading to a lovely pool set
in a big garden area for relaxing days in the sun. The roof terrace has
loungers where you can look out over the sea or mountains in the background.
We recommend the hire of a car to take advantage of the surrounding pueblos
such as Puerto Banus, Marbella, San Pedro, Estepona, and you could drive the
1km to the beach. Ronda, famous for bullfighting, is just one hour's drive
away. Granada, Gibraltar, even a ferry to Morocco make a great day trip.
San Julian itself is comfortably furnished with a fitted kitchen equipped
with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave for all your self-catering needs
and has BBC and Spanish TV. The 2 bedrooms have bathrooms ensuite and fitted
cupboards, the master bedroom housing a double bed and the second bedroom two
single beds, sleeping 4 people comfortably. There is a downstairs toilet.
Please note that there is a separate cleaning charge
to be added to all rental charges as follows:- 2 bedroom properties at 90 euros,
3 bedroom at 121 euros and 4 or more at 150 euros, this charge also includes all
laundry charges.
